The Origin
The founding story begins at a luxury resort where polished decor masked a complete absence of genuine human warmth. Kim and Kovid dug deeper and found the same pattern across organizations — not because people didn't care, but because no one had ever shown them how to lead.
The Discovery
Communication was broken. Innovation was suppressed. Routines were calcified. But beneath it all were authentic people waiting to be unlocked. That insight became the mission of Impact Yes.
The Expansion
What began in hospitality quickly proved universal. The same soft-skills gaps that hobble a hotel GM also plague a hospital department head, a bank branch manager, and a retail team leader. Impact Yes now carries this mission across industries.
