By accessing the Impact Yes ecosystem, including our websites, the LEM Seminar materials, Pactomics assessments, and the GALA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The LEM Seminar framework, the Pactomics architecture, and the GALA system are the exclusive intellectual property of Impact Yes, LLC. No reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of these methodologies is permitted without express written consent from the founders.
3. Use Licenses
Subject to these terms, Impact Yes grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our platforms as defined in your organization's master service agreement.
4. Disclaimers & Warranties
While our methodologies are based on extensive research and neuroscientific principles, behavioral transformation is a collaborative process. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, but we do guarantee the quality of our protocols and the transparency of our data.
